Tamales by the Dozen

Have a busy week or month ahead? Buying fresh food in bulk to heat up at your convenience is a great solution! Our tamales are all gluten free, dairy free, and our veggie tamales are completely vegan. We package them for you for maximum freshness, and they are handmade by us either a night or two before, or day of!

******At this time, we will not be able to make deliveries for small orders until November 2018. With events, farmers markets, and weddings approaching, we simply don’t have enough time in the day for driving:( We are always happy to save a dozen or two for you at any of our locations for pick up. Step 1: How many tamales would you like? 

1 Dozen Tamales $40.00 (+$8 delivery fee)

2 Dozen Tamales $80.00

3 Dozen Tamales $120.00

4 Dozen Tamales $150.00

Step 2: If you’ve had our tamales before you know that the salsa, the citrus cabbage slaw with cilantro vinaigrette (or repollo), and the pickled vegetables (escabeche) really elevate the tamales in a whole new way and give the dish perfect balance!  Below you can add any of our sides to your order:) 

Salsa Verde (12 fl oz)   $6.00 

Ancho Chile Salsa (12 fl oz)   $6.00

Repollo (citrus cabbage slaw 1 lb) with cilantro vinaigrette  $5.00 

Juan’s escabeche (pickled onion, carrot, jalapeño) 16 lf oz   $5.00

      Someone could pick them up from us at Peddler brewing in Ballard on Sundays from 2-7, Spinnaker Bay brewing in Columbia City Fridays 6-9 or we may be able to meet you at a different location if you’d like. Our commissary kitchen is in SODO but we cook there late at night so it’s kind of inconvenient. Email us at Tamale.guy206@gmail.com and I’m sure we can work something out! Oh and yes we are always making tamales just about every day.
